1. Scope & Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, by phone, or by email. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms along with our Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy and our Privacy Policy.


2. Placing an Order & Contract Formation

  • Your order is an offer to purchase.

  • We will email you an order acknowledgement after checkout.

  • A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch or arrange delivery.

  • If we cannot accept your order (for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or payment problems), we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

  • Please review your order acknowledgement and notify us promptly of any errors.


3. Product Information

  • We take care to ensure descriptions, measurements, and prices are accurate, but minor errors may occur.

  • Sizes are approximate; handcrafted products vary in tone, grain, and finish.

  • Images are for illustrative purposes; colours may vary depending on screen settings.

  • For bespoke or made-to-measure products, you are responsible for ensuring all measurements are correct.


4. Pricing, VAT & Errors

  • All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.

  • If a pricing or description error occurs, we will give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.


5. Payment & Security

  • We accept major UK debit/credit cards and any other payment methods shown at checkout.

  • Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

  • All payments are processed securely; however, we are not liable for unauthorised transactions unless caused by our negligence.


6. Risk & Title

  • Risk passes to you on delivery.

  • Title passes once we have received full payment.


7. Your Right to Cancel

8. Faulty Goods
